Shorter body length and reduced serotinin-induced egg laying as compared to wild-type (PubMed:27871170). Reduced calcium responses in AFD neurons upon a temperature increase from 16 to 20 degrees Celsius as compared to wild-type. At 17 degrees Celsius displays thermophilic behavior, preferentially migrating towards hotter regions (PubMed:26232604). RNAi-mediated knockdown results in an increase in lifespan (PubMed:21331044, PubMed:23805378).
